Great service, wonderful staff
I was afraid that nothing could help maintain a quality of life for my girl. High doses of medication were not enough to control the pain. I finally see hope again for my girl! I will tell everyone about your laser therapy! Our family thanks you!!
Everyone there is kind and considerate when it comes to my fur baby, Alivia. I never have ever been unfairly treated.
Very prompt, pet and people friendly. Take time to answer questions and concerns about my pet. Thank you.
I’ve been going to Ark for over 20 years and will continue to do so. I have total confidence in Dr. Redman and his staff. Dr. Redman continues to be educated on all the new advances in veterinary medicine. The whole staff are very pleasant and caring.
I wanted to take a moment to say thank you and express my gratitude to Doctors Redman, Wellert, Suttle and the staff at The Ark for the excellent lifelong care given to Maggie. Through all of her health issues, everyone was supportive and concerned for her well-being (and mine).
I would like to say a special thank you to Bernie for going far beyond being a friendly face and voice of The Ark. Bernie often took the time to inquire about Maggie and how we were doing with her many trips to specialists in Columbus.
It was the Saturday evening before Christmas when Maggie passed away. I texted Bernie to let her know and even though Bernie was out celebrating the holiday with family, she took the time to immediately reply. In addition to extending her sympathy, she offered her help. The friendly voice became the friendly written word answering my questions. It was a simple act of kindness, but one that meant a great deal to me.
I know I can count on everyone at The Ark for the same high level of care and support for Indy and my new rescue Abigail.
I just wanted to send in a note and let you know how VERY appreciative I am of you. You are such a huge help to me every time I call in, you solve my problem and are always such a great source of support especially last year through Bosley’s cancer. You are the first line of defense at the Ark and it’s always such a comfort to hear your voice. Thanks for being an angel on earth!

The staff is always friendly, caring and helpful (after hours releases; carrying packages to my car; sitting in Lucky’s kennel to keep her company).
Special mention goes to Bernie (Rose). She wears her big, beautiful heart for animals (and people!) on her sleeve. She has been a special blessing to our family through her outreaches of support – prayers, flowers, visits and best of all, her hugs!
All the people and the tender care they give are what keep us coming back to The Ark.
Fourteen years ago, two dogs and four cats later, we remain avid fans of The Ark. The doctors and the staff have not only taken exemplary care of our animals, they have loved them as well. The doctors have gone above and beyond to heal (Minnie), have taken time out of their personal lives late on a Sunday night to make a house call (Zoey) and have cried beside us upon death.
Over the past twenty plus years I’ve been bringing my animals to the Ark for the exemplary care they give. They take care of my animals as if they were their own. I have never had any complaints at all about their services or the people who staff the Ark. I have complete confidence in the staff of the Ark to give professional care to my animals and to do it with love.
A special thanks to Bernie for her thoughtfulness. Thanks Bernie! xoxo
The Ark has been caring for our family’s pets for more than 20 years. The care our pets, who truly are members of our family, have received has been terrific. This group of wonderful people so clearly adore animals of all kinds, and they have treated our pets as if they are their own.
The Ark provides not only a veterinary clinic, but a hospital as well. And we have been so grateful for their great care over the years. The entire staff of the Ark always looks for the right answer for each pet, and they are always so welcoming to me as well.
In particular, they have provided so much love and care for our dog, Annie. Through some serious illnesses, to annual check-ups, to boarding – everyone at the Ark has been wonderful to Annie. None of us like going to the doctor – but I think Annie actually looks forward to it! Everyone at the Ark pays such special attention to her, and we have such peace of mind knowing she’s in their care – no matter who is working that particular day.
I cannot recommend Dr. Redman and the entire team at the Ark highly enough. They are wonderful people, providing wonderful care. Our family is so grateful for all of them.
Our pets have been long time patients and I have been a customer since 1994-1995, never once have I felt unwelcome. Everyone has always been kind, considerate and friendly. It is nice having a place that is about you and not just about the money.
So far, everyone has been great. We just switched to this clinic last week and ended up having to be there every day this past week. While that’s quite unfortunate for us (namely our bank account), I’m very thankful for the care that the cats have received and how the staff tried to squeeze them in. I’m pretty sure Cloud would have died if he hadn’t been squeezed in on Thursday to get different antibiotics.
